Details Of The Workshop

This Workshop is for students, parents/caregivers and teachers who want to learn effective stress management tools and techniques that they can use every day at school, in the sports arena or during any creative endeavors. 

Your students will receive all the support, tools and techniques to assist them in feeling confident and self-assured in the classroom and in life - Helping them to feel ready to learn and motivated to want to try new challenges.

These techniques help to calm their nervous system and re-balance their bodies systems enabling them to feel calm, connected and confident once again.  

I have been able to distill the information down into a workshop that is straightforward, grounded and practical for you and your students.
